With its smart logistics technology platform, Pickupp aims to provide our merchants with a complete one-stop logistics solution - from fulfillment, warehouse/storage, to last-mile and international deliveries. Pickupp Express/Express Plus is our quickest local last-mile delivery service that is point to point. Pickupp Express Plus allows for a 2-hour pick up to drop off window, while Express allows for a 4-hour pick up to drop off window.

Introduction to Pickupp's Merchant Portal

Merchant Portal

The Merchant Portal is a responsive web-based interface and a component of the Pickupp platform. It can be accessed through a web browser in Desktop, Tablet and Mobile device. It allows Administrators/Merchants to create and manage delivery orders using their preferred device.

What is the difference between Express and Express Plus?

Express (4-Hour Delivery)

• Time: Estimated delivery within 4 hours, of which 2 hours is used for matching delivery agent, and 2 hours on delivery.

• Price: Starting at HKD 40, with additional charges based on variables such as the pick up/drop off area, distance between pick up drop off location, parcel weight, parcel dimensions, and time of the day.

• Summary: This option is a cost-effective choice, suitable for customers seeking a balance between speed and price. It provides reliable delivery within a reasonable time frame, starting at HKD 40.

Express Plus (2-Hour Delivery)

• Time: Estimated delivery within 2 hours, of which 1 hour is used for matching delivery agent, and 1 hour on delivery.

• Price: Starting at HKD 60, with additional charges based on variables such as the pick up/drop off area, distance between pick up drop off location, parcel weight, parcel dimensions, and time of the day.

• Summary: This service is more premium, ensuring quick delivery for your most important or fragile parcels with time constraints. Due to its expedited nature, the starting price is HKD 60.
